Ihsan Soft Solutions Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.
2. Software Development Services
2.1 Custom Software Development
Refunds for custom software development projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of project completion to discuss potential refund options.
- Refunds may be considered if the delivered software does not meet the agreed specifications
- Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete work based on the percentage of completion
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects that meet all agreed specifications
2.2 E-commerce Platform Development
Refunds for e-commerce platform development follow the same guidelines as custom software development. Please note that third-party licensing fees are non-refundable.
3. IT Infrastructure Supply
3.1 Hardware Products
Hardware products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:
- In original, unopened packaging
- In original condition with all accessories and documentation
- Not damaged or used
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
3.2 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
4. Solar Power Equipment
4.1 Solar Panels, Inverters, and Batteries
Solar power equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- All original documentation and accessories are included
- The product has not been installed or damaged
4.2 Installation Services
Refunds for installation services may be considered if:
- The installation is cancelled before work begins: Full refund
- The installation is cancelled after work begins: Partial refund based on work completed
- The installation does not meet agreed specifications: Case-by-case review
5. Digital Products and Services
Digital products, including software licenses, cloud services, and online subscriptions, are generally non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions may be made for:
- Technical issues preventing product use that cannot be resolved
- Service outages exceeding 48 hours
- Failure to deliver services as specified in the service agreement

- Review: We will review your request and may request additional information
- Approval: If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days
- Return: For physical products, return the item to our address (provided upon approval)
